This Refund Policy explains how Good Fit Sites, a trading name of Baker Creative Pty Ltd (“we”, “our”, or “us”) handles refunds for purchases made through www.goodfitsites.com.
By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy.

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
Your rights under the ACL cannot be excluded.

2. Digital Products (No Refunds)

All digital products — including downloadable guides, PDFs, planners and information resources — are non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or delivered.

This policy exists because digital files cannot be “returned” once received.
If you encounter a technical issue (e.g., file not downloading, access problem), contact us at info@goodfitsites.com, and we’ll resolve it promptly.

3. Website Templates (30-Day Guarantee)

All pre-built website templates purchased through our store include a 30-day money-back guarantee, provided you have made a genuine effort to use the product.

To qualify for a refund:

  • Your request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The product must not have been redistributed, resold, or used in multiple projects.
  • You must have completed the included training videos or documentation demonstrating a genuine attempt to implement the template.
  • You must provide your Webflow staging link (or equivalent proof) showing progress or an attempt to build your website using the purchased template.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order ID or receipt).

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method after verification.

Commitment Clause: Refunds will not be issued to customers who purchase the product but do not attempt to use it. This policy ensures fairness to genuine customers who engage with the materials provided.

4. Custom and Done-For-You Services

Refunds are not available once work has begun on custom projects or service-based orders (e.g., template customization, setup, or integration services).

If you wish to cancel a booked service before work starts, contact us as soon as possible. We may offer a partial refund or credit at our discretion.

5. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind after a digital product has been accessed or downloaded.
Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

6. Faulty or Misrepresented Products

If a product is faulty, not as described, or otherwise covered by Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy — such as a repair, replacement, or refund.

  • Your name and order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Screenshot or proof where possible

7. Processing Time

Refunds (where approved) are generally processed within 5–10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
